classical vibe valet service easy access
the classical vibe of the wide classic suite was good. the valet service made arrivals and departures seamless. its location offered easy access to la perle (it's literally a minute's walk).
i noticed some slight disorganization at the breakfast buffet (finding the right spot to order took a moment).

delicious breakfast nice touch ample room
The breakfast was amazing (especially the home-made almond butter!). The Pakistani barista remembered how I liked my cappuccino, a nice touch. The beautiful room felt spacious and comfortable, providing ample room to work.

The staff greeted me every morning, always ready to assist with any needs. the room included ample space and cleanliness was certainly a priority. i also found the breakfast buffet particularly excellent. It featured a wide array of choices.

The staff demonstrated a high level of efficiency and attentiveness. They anticipated needs and provided assistance readily. the personal butler service was discreet but thorough. They were always available to fulfill requests efficiently. i value this.

The french restaurant provided really good service. Neil remembered my previous visits. the food presentations were lovely and the dishes were very tasty. i enjoyed each visit to this amazing hotel and restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently close to attractions. Taxis are readily available. the placement is excellent for accessing various parts of the area. it also seemed a very safe area to walk around at night.

kind staff great job
The staff were very kind. Mr adarsh and ishara did a great job. i am grateful for the housekeeping and attentiveness. they created wonderful memories for me, and i will return soon. It was really good!
I found the location a bit limiting. everything was like a taxi or uber ride away. It was inconvenient
